Here’s a little bit more about me while you’re here:
I’m a thirty-something Maryland girl living in a North Carolina world! I consider both of these places below the Mason Dixie line home, just in different ways. Maryland gave me my roots and North Carolina is where I get to spread my wings.
Higher education is what brought me down South. I have a degree in Consumer, Apparel, and Retail Studies (surprised? ha!) but also a Masters in Education K-6. Both of these facts may help you understand my obsession with fashion + at-home learning with my little one!
I’m the wife to a hunk and mama to one sweet girl and twin boys. My dapper, four-legged boy of fourteen years will forever be in my heart.
My love for color, design, projects, and making memories runs deep! Not a day goes by that I am not detailing and constructing something creative in my head or in my home.
Community (in many senses of the word) is a big deal to me! I am grateful for my mom-tribe, women’s ministry at my local church, and girl friends who all fill my cup in different ways-it takes a village to raise a mama, right?
